The Boone Foundation is a partnership of alumni, parents, and community members who have organized to provide needed funds to enhance the academic programs at Boone High School. It is a qualified 501c3 organization, so all contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible. The Foundation board is currently made up of alumni of classes from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s.

The Foundation is committed to supporting the staff, faculty, and students at Boone. We pledge our moral and financial support to improve, enhance and supplement the facilities, equipment, programs, instruction, and capacity of Boone and its students and staff to provide greater educational opportunities for the students and the community.

 

Since its inception in the mid-90s, the Foundation has raised more than $300,000. All monies raised go directly back to Boone in the form of equipment, teacher grants, and student scholarships. We all want the educational experience at Boone to be the best it can be. The Foundation’s Board has set a financial goal of $20,000 for each school year. Your active support will help. You can support the Foundation in the following ways: monetary donations, equipment donations, service on the Board, and volunteering for fundraising events. Our Board meetings are held once a month.
